How do you ship packages?

We prioritize privacy and discretion. Your order will be discreetly packaged in plain cardboard boxes without any indication of the contents. While our shipping labels omit "MIGDistro" branding, please note that "MIGDistro" will appear on your credit card statement.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

Most items can be shipped to P.O. boxes. In case of any issues, our team will contact you to find a suitable solution.

When will my order arrive?

Processing typically takes 1-3 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location.

How can I track my package?

Once processed, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Note that it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking link to activate.

Why doesn't my confirmation email include a tracking number?

Your confirmation email verifies your order details. Tracking information is provided separately once your shipment is processed.

Return Policy

My order was damaged, how do I get a refund?

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Provide detailed information and, if possible, attach photos showing the damage or defect. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund, depending on your preference.

The wrong item was sent.

In the rare event that you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you promptly at no additional cost.

How long do I have to return items and get a refund?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Return Process:

  • Initiate the return process. Please include your order number and reason for return in your email.
  • Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for returning the item.
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories or documentation that came with it.
  • Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange as per your request.

Refunds:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
